Service Description
This service may be the best fit for you if you are: building your home or a new construction, renovating or want a total re-design of a particular space in your home. For this service, I will work with you to learn your style, goals for the space, total budget and whatever else needed to make your dreams come true. Don't make the mistake of building or renovating without a designer to help you along the way. I will help you make sure you are spending your hard earned money on the right products or upgrades that add timeless style to your home and increase it's value for years to come. This service includes: -A FREE discovery call or consultation to discuss the details of your project -A custom quote prepared by me that reflects my design fees and your total budget (Usually delivered within 5-7 business days of discovery call) *If quote is approved: -2-D Design or "Vision" Boards for each space in the project -3-D Renderings if requested -Design Execution if desired
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We try our best to accommodate our clients with a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy, as we understand sickness and other emergencies can occur without a full 24 hour notice. However, please understand when booking that Shelby Haley Design Co. DOES reserve the right to keep or charge the FULL price of the service booked if proper communication (deemed by Shelby Haley Design Co.) is not made by the client regarding cancellation/rescheduling and/or for no-show bookings. Rescheduling is limited to two reschedules, EVEN if proper notice is given OR an emergency causes one or both of the reschedules. After two reschedules, the FULL booking price will be due whether the service was completed or not. Repeat No-Shows will result in immediate termination in all projects and business relationships between Shelby Haley Design Co. and the client(s) involved.
