Service Description
So you’re at the point where you understand why you should hire a designer and the value they can bring to your life. You are looking ahead at your project and thinking, “If I could just get someone to envision the whole thing and give me a plan for what to do, I think I could get this done myself.” It sounds like you’re in the right place to hire an interior designer for a day. This design package doesn’t mean we deliver a design in 24 hours….it means you get to partner with a talented designer for a day, where you can pick their brain while they prepare to create a truly unique design for you. Then, they go back and create that space for you, hand it over to you and you run with it. This is great for organized and motivated individuals who like to manage projects, but who want to partner with a designer to create the vision and a plan. The ideal size project for this package is one room or area of your home. Before booking this service, reach out so that we can go over the general project information to make sure this service is the best fit for you!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We try our best to accommodate our clients with a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy, as we understand sickness and other emergencies can occur without a full 24 hour notice. However, please understand when booking that Shelby Haley Design Co. DOES reserve the right to keep or charge the FULL price of the service booked if proper communication (deemed by Shelby Haley Design Co.) is not made by the client regarding cancellation/rescheduling and/or for no-show bookings. Rescheduling is limited to two reschedules, EVEN if proper notice is given OR an emergency causes one or both of the reschedules. After two reschedules, the FULL booking price will be due whether the service was completed or not. Repeat No-Shows will result in immediate termination in all projects and business relationships between Shelby Haley Design Co. and the client(s) involved.
