Service Description
The graphics your business delivers, whether it's your logo, the posts you make on social media, the brochures sitting in your office or the business cards you give to potential customers or clients, are a reflection of your business. If your graphics are inconsistent, unclear or just flat-out chaotic, your clients will expect the same from the products and services you deliver. This means they will be less likely to hire you or buy from you over your competition, who delivers consistent and eye-catching graphics. This could also mean that they will be less willing to pay the prices you are asking because they are not expecting to receive high-quality services or products, even if your services/products truly are top notch. I have had over 6 years of experience in graphic design and brand-building. I have come such a long way and learned SO much over the years! With the knowledge and skills I have developed, I believe I can take any business and make it one that customers/clients trust and expect high-quality services and products from. Let me help you build your brand through graphic design! For graphic design work, I charge hourly so the price will be project specific. This service includes: -A FREE 15-20 minute discovery call/consultation to discuss your project details and needs -A quote prepared by myself that includes the total estimated price for your project(s) based off the amount of time I expect to spend, my hourly rate and any other expenses discussed. Quotes will typically be delivered to you 5-7 business days after the discovery call or consult. -If quote is approved, I will wait to receive any necessary information I have requested from you which could include design questionnaire, business information, text details, example or sample images if you have some you would like to use, etc. -Once the information I need is received, I will get started on your work! This may include a trial period where I am delivering 2-3 samples to you for your feedback so that we can nail down your brand (All hours after the quote is accepted ARE billable hours). After that, the rest will be pretty speedy! -Final product delivery time will be project specific, depending on how many graphics you are needing and how detailed those graphics are. Estimated delivery time will be included in original quote, however, this is just an estimate. More or less time may be required.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We try our best to accommodate our clients with a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy, as we understand sickness and other emergencies can occur without a full 24 hour notice. However, please understand when booking that Shelby Haley Design Co. DOES reserve the right to keep or charge the FULL price of the service booked if proper communication (deemed by Shelby Haley Design Co.) is not made by the client regarding cancellation/rescheduling and/or for no-show bookings. Rescheduling is limited to two reschedules, EVEN if proper notice is given OR an emergency causes one or both of the reschedules. After two reschedules, the FULL booking price will be due whether the service was completed or not. Repeat No-Shows will result in immediate termination in all projects and business relationships between Shelby Haley Design Co. and the client(s) involved.
