Service Description
In-person consultations are irreplaceable when it comes to design! Especially when you are working through a re-design or renovation in which you have pre-established boundaries or items within the space. In-person consults help you show your designer key elements of your space you wish to change and help your designer get a "feel" for the space that can help guide the direction of the new design! Whether your question is about paint colors, room or furniture layout, a DIY project you need direction on, Shelby Haley Design Co. would love to help you out and answer as many questions as we can during your consultation! Length of consultation can be chosen by you, or, if you need guidance on the length you should choose, please reach out! Additional time can always be added later if it is needed to accomplish your goals. Pricing is structured hourly, so your total due will depend on the consultation length you choose. Once payment is complete, Shelby will reach out to you by e-mail, typically within 24 hours, to work on scheduling the best time for the consultation. Please note, there is typically a little bit of homework before your consultation so that we can review beforehand and get the most out of our consult time! Homework may include your provision of additional information (i.e. photos, blueprints, inspiration images, potential products, etc.) related to your project.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We try our best to accommodate our clients with a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy, as we understand sickness and other emergencies can occur without a full 24 hour notice. However, please understand when booking that Shelby Haley Design Co. DOES reserve the right to keep or charge the FULL price of the service booked if proper communication (deemed by Shelby Haley Design Co.) is not made by the client regarding cancellation/rescheduling and/or for no-show bookings. Rescheduling is limited to two reschedules, EVEN if proper notice is given OR an emergency causes one or both of the reschedules. After two reschedules, the FULL booking price will be due whether the service was completed or not. Repeat No-Shows will result in immediate termination in all projects and business relationships between Shelby Haley Design Co. and the client(s) involved.
